Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking notification via email.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (Australia Post): 2-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Express Shipping (Australia Post): 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100.
Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $9.95 for orders under $100.
Express Shipping: Available at checkout for a flat rate of $14.95.

Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging for your privacy.
Age Verification: Please ensure your shipping details are correct. All parcels require a signature upon delivery from an adult aged 18+. Attempted delivery may be made to a nearby Post Office if no one is available to sign.
Remote Areas: Deliveries to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and some remote locations may experience slightly longer delivery times.
